Updates to test results page at w3c.github.io/i18n-tests/res… show how CSS emphasis mark styling is now supported by major browser engines. Good news for Japanese & Chinese users.

Normalization in HTML and CSS w3.org/International/questio… This article was largely rewritten to be clearer. For example, W3C doesn't require that all content be NFC normalized.

The W3C I18n Activity page pointing to information for HTML/CSS content authors has been renamed Internationalization techniques: Authoring Web pages w3.org/International/techniq… and will soon have some SVG and JavaScript info too. There's also a new section on logical properties.
