The content of that file is sourced from github github.com/w3c/vc-data-model… - also, it changes extremely little, so using a cache would seem like a good way to avoid depending on fetching the URL

lots of ♥ to our @w3c_systeam who are navigating that challenging situation

we keep w3.org/2003/08/system-status updated with information - in this case, since the problem is with our cloud infrastructure provider, we unfortunately have little visibility on whether and when specific services will impacted.

@dontcallmeDOM also covered some of it and more in his presentation to @tadsummit “Web is Communications”
Day 3 of Week 2 of @TADSummit #Asia 2021 "Web is Communications", @dontcallmeDOM, @w3c blog.tadsummit.com/2021/05/1… Thank you Dom for an excellent review of the importance of the #Web and #W3C to communications. Any #ProgrammableCommunications company should be part of the W3C.

The #WebAudio API provides a rich set of modular blocks: auditory feedback in user interfaces, musical instruments, #soundtracks and effects for #entertainment and #gaming, teaching, spatial audio for #AR and #VR, online #audio editing apps, audio analysis and visualization, etc.

As a complement to the <audio> element allowing for basic streaming audio playback, the #WebAudio API facilitates complex audio processing and synthesizing. It gives #developers power and control in #audio production applications and game audio engines, for example.

And to learn more about what Process 2021 brings to the table, an earlier draft of it was presented at #w3cTPAC a few months ago
During #w3cTPAC, @frivoal, member of the @w3cAB, presented the directions of evolution for @w3c's Process Document in 2021: youtube.com/oegGUDiQwgo
if you need a quick refresh on what the W3C Process is
