W3C spec design has evolved a number of times over the years, since its very first Recommendation, PNG in 1996

The last major design evolution was led by @fantasai and started to be deployed in 2016. With your input and a bit of luck, maybe this redesign project will bring us further improvements for next year? Good luck to the @JeffersonUniv students who are taking up that challenge!

I think that set of issues is going to become mostly irrelevant. We're rewriting the HTML, the boilerplate text, *and* the CSS for this project.
