What is a “Candidate Recommendation Snapshot”? I looked in the process document, but I do not really understand why it would be published… Wouldn’t it be just a Candidate Recommendation? 🤔

Candidate Recommendation Snapshot is essentially the new name of Candidate Recommendations; under Process 2020, groups can also publish intermediary Candidate Recommendation Drafts that don't have the same level of review & IPR implications.
