#ietf#webrtc simulcast hackathon 1st day status report. Already several high impact bugs found, reproduced, and corresponding test (to avoid regression) written by the team! Everybody has KITE now, more SFU tests being added (media soup, pipe)
Because of this and other #WebRTC specificities, an open source #WebRTC-specific test framework, KITE, has been developed to complement the usual Web Platform Tests github.com/webrtc/KITE
Yesterday and today, a subset of the #WebRTC Working Group and other active #WebRTC community members were using the #ietf104#ietfhackathon in Prague 🇨🇿 as an opportunity to make progress on the test suite needed to bring #WebRTC to Recommendation
And if you care about making the Web a great platform for games (and improving for other usages while doing so), mark your calendar for June 27-28 in Seattle 🇺🇸, and register your interest or submit a position paper by May 10 🗓️
