In will be a few years until WCAG 3 is done.
After it’s more stable, WAI will provide material such as mapping between WCAG 2 and 3 requirements.
And, there is time for policy makers to update guidance.

I wish automatic captions without editing were that accurate! --especially with accents. I went through it and did find a mistake at 0:58. I've added to our list to fix.
For comments, better than Twitter is to e-mail issues to

Wytyczne dla dostępności treści internetowych (WCAG) 2.1 -- the Polish Candidate Authorized Translation of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (#WCAG) 2.1 -- is available for review. See lists.w3.org/Archives/Public… - #a11y
Correct, ISO/IEC 40500:2012 is WCAG 2.0.
WCAG 2.1 is adopted in EN 301 549 “Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services”.
ISO of WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 not planned any time soon.
WCAG 2.2 is still a few months away from being finalized at W3C. w3.org/WAI/standards-guideli…

If you have suggestions for edits or clarifications, it would really help if you would share them via GitHub or e-mail. Links are near the bottom of the page under “Help improve this page”. Thanks! ~Shawn
Looks like the phrase was in an early draft from the Cognitive and Learning Disabilities Task Force, which includes several people with cognitive disabilities. I did not find it in recent drafts.
We welcome input, preferably via GitHub or e-mail. ~Shawn
