@karlgroves First column: bold are Authorized translations. Second column: bold are Understanding and Techniques rather than WCAG itself.

@w3c_wai ok, so to be clear the non-bold links are not official?

@karlgroves if no QA mistake. best to go by the words. each should be listed as either "Authorized Translation" or "unofficial translation"
