I’m looking for some short talks on digital accessibility. Five to ten minutes. Who’s got recommendations? Thanks! #Accessibility #A11y

The @w3c_wai has some short ones as does @MSFTEnable. Can you put together a public list of these? Maybe in GitHub where others can contribute more?

Thanks Mike. Yeah I’ve got the @w3c_wai ones included. Will look to pull a list together somewhere in due course.

I'd love to see a11ytalks.com/ added under Meetups. Also - do you feel a list of some free tools might lower the barrier of entry for those just getting started? Not sure you want to maintain that list, just thoughts leaking out my fingers...

Your wish is granted. :) Happy 2021! Now on the list of free tools, can you give me an example? Is there an existing list I can point to?

I don't have a complete list anywhere but this may be a good launching point: docs.google.com/document/d/1…

Ok, so how does this differentiate from say w3.org/WAI/ER/tools/ Furthermore, how can these be organized to make it easier for people to know how to use what tool for what purpose? In general we're not good at saying "use WAVE for X, axe for Y & color-ratio for Z.

I love this! I won't have bandwidth until next week for a thoughtful response but I'm excited to contribute.
