It's annoying that the WCAG guidelines don't show their research. w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/G169.… "a great deal of trouble with blocks of text that are justified". Detailing 1.4.8 w3.org/TR/2008/REC-WCAG20-20… I'll try and find out where WCAG keeps its evidence
