It's annoying that the WCAG guidelines don't show their research. w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/G169.… "a great deal of trouble with blocks of text that are justified". Detailing 1.4.8 w3.org/TR/2008/REC-WCAG20-20… I'll try and find out where WCAG keeps its evidence

We haven’t made it a priority to provide all of the information in one place, given other priorities and workload. It’s in several publicly-archived places: meeting minutes, surveys, e-mail threads, wiki pages, GitHub issues. (1/3)
