When it comes to Accessibility people with Intellectual Disability alway get the left behind. Like everything as be about reading and writing and not think what makes things easier for people who can’t read. I just get used to it but still frustrating that we lose with access..

Agreed. It’s always been an area that gets less attention. I believe @w3c_wai are working on this though - w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/co…. I’m sure you’re already aware.

Yes. Existing W3C accessibility standards already address many issues for intellectual/cognitive/learning disabilities. And we are working on more guidance now, and more for future standards. See w3.org/WAI/cognitive/

I'm thankful these are considered, but they definitely don't carry the same weight as the rest of the standards. I can tell you that being part of this category and the accessibility space how important this area is right now.
