Hi @w3c_wai I have a little question for you... According WCAG 2.1, when we have to provide closed captions and when open (allways visible)? Which one do you recommend? I thought it was mandatory for websites to be closed, but It's not specified anywhere... Thanks!

Correct, WCAG does not specify that captions are open or closed. We also do not suggest one over the other in w3.org/WAI/media/av/captions… If you want to get input on this, you can send e-mail to the WAI Interest Group (IG) Discussion List – see: w3.org/wai/ig/#mailinglist
