Agree. We struggle with how much information to put in those resources – to avoid being too overwhelming – which is a common frustration for folks getting started in accessibility. It does say: "Note: This page… is not a complete list of all disabilities and barriers." (1/2)

We do not have such certification. W3C has free courses listed at w3cx.org that offer optional "certificate"; however, that's not certification.
