I decided image with this tweet is "decorative" & alt text would be more annoying than useful for most. w3.org/WAI/tutorials/images/… Indeed, it's a judgment call & not everyone will agree. I'll explore providing null alt for generated images in tweets. ~Shawn

Here's where we try to make that clear: w3.org/WAI/standards-guideli… "Mobile accessibility is covered in existing W3C WAI accessibility standards/guidelines. There are not separate guidelines for mobile accessibility." (There's also WCAG 2 ICT w3.org/WAI/standards-guideli… )
