All of MIT has network problems this morning, making W3C services here inaccessible. Looks like the worst might be over now.

The network problems have been addressed. W3C services should be running normally again.

Network problems at MIT are causing intermittent failures connecting to W3C servers hosted there. MIT admins are working on the issue.
