I think a lot of very good modern prog has been released this century., e.g. Steven Wilson (both solo and with Porcupine Tree), Pineapple Thief, Beardfish, Spock’s Beard, …

“When asked, RDX Works executives informed Jepsen that blockchain/DLT readers would normally understand present-tense English statements like these to be referring to potential future behavior, rather than the present.”

They frame misinformation as a matter of freedom vs censorship, but don't buy into that narrative. It's very deliberate, because who disagrees with freedom? In reality, it's science vs antiscience, survival vs extinction.

Was looking at my stats. Each episode of the A11y Rules soundbites gets 500 to 700 downloads. Some near 1,000. Pretty happy with this. And thank you all! If you don’t know the show: a11yrules.com/series/a11y-ru… #a11y #podcast #transcript

Fun question. How did jOOQ get started? I guess it "started" in ~2001, when a CS professor told the class that languages could be implemented as interfaces, where syntax is mapped to methods, which return the next type accepting the next syntax element, etc.
Hey @lukaseder - I was wondering how #jOOQ got started. Did you initially build it because you needed it yourself?

In terms of #inclusiveDesign or an #a11y first mindest, I really like this expression: "collateral benefits" When you design for people with disabilities, you come up with solutions that benefit a wide range of other people. 😍

This not even very impressive hack was rewarded with $320 million; not bad for what, an afternoon’s work?
How did the @wormholecrypto exploit work? I joined forces with @gf_256 and @ret2jazzy to reverse engineer the exploit, and now that it's been patched we can finally share it with you👇

it's not every day that i read an essay that's so similar to my own experiences. men, you should read this.
I wrote an essay about internet hate. You should read it. "Hate becomes the water you swim in. After all, if you’re going to post that or write that or draw that, then you better be ready for people to call you a cunt." lyz.substack.com/p/thats-how…
