You could argue that with a traditional web app, your browser is the API client. With an SPA, your browser is a runtime for your API client.

Corona-Krise: Sachsen verkündet befristete Lockerungen beim Arbeitszeitgesetz. Bis 15.12. darf u.a. bei der medizinischen Behandlung und Pflege sowie bei den mobilen Impfteams die tägliche Höchstarbeitszeit überschritten werden. Die Krematorien können zudem sonntags arbeiten.
