By choosing specific parts of their practices, you're already ahead of the game. As I understand it, @stilkov's advice is to not blindly emulate their approach. You must evaluate and decide what works in your context.

Exactly. They’re a great company with a lot of great ideas that are worth copying, just not without appropriately considering your own context. You could argue this is completely obvious, but in my experience it just isn’t
