Bold claim: In 90% of the cases where I see people using a queue to solve problems, its actually due to bad architecture or the wrong runtime … ✌️😜

Persistent queues and reliable messaging do have a purpose. Of course additional queues are less useful if they are built in like in the actor model.

Speaking from experience: Once you started with Erlang(/Elixir) it will spread like a good wildfire and you won’t stop :)
