I do get a bit carried away with my love for s-expressions... But do you mean the s-expressions aren鈥檛 sufficient or that web assembly isn鈥檛 sufficient? And sufficient for what?

In that case (Webassembly) it makes sense to use them. They are a good representation of an AST. And that鈥檚 whats needed here.
