Yes, entirely possible. Same for a company when society is not. Or a family when greater family is not. Else we would still live on trees

You can define it upside-down: With high team drama a team is most certainly not healthy. Low drama doesnβt necessarily imply healthy

Sure. And if people want to be torn down it will be easier, harder when not. Iβve had some of these managers, it was also my decision

a) drama in the org not in the team b) if the org is so screwed that the team canβt do useful things, no point maintaining team health

Yeah. I guess my point is that one needs to know where to go. And as long as that is possible aligned with your values β¦ no reason for drama
