Serious question to the people out there who get this twice a day: How do you deal with recruiters who send you random LinkedIn messages?

As a former IT-recruiter I would like to "lecture" them and ask them to take at least one minute to at least cross read the LinkedIn profile

But I know it's wasted time. So I guess just ignore? -_-

For the record, I was offered a Scala Developer Job 😉
