Is there an app or something that can delete pictures in email-signatures? I desperately need it.

For security reasons alone, most people recommend to deactivate the loading of images in email anyway

I know. I do, too. But there are attachments I need to find in my inbox and I find hundreds of mails with pictures in signatures :(
