very quick? 10 min waiting for baggage drop (fast lane) / 25 min waiting for security... That is not quick at all

NUE (as a regional airport) beats TXL (being the capital's airport) easily.

+1 for @stilkov, TXL is pure efficiency. It's not a place to stay at, but to get away from as quickly as possible.
