@stilkov Can't see your assumption in there. The question was about inclusivity, not what men/women are good/worse at.

@kaeff The third bullet point in that list suggested technical ability needs to be tested differently, implying women will do worse.

@kaeff The assumption that we need to lower any standard drives me completely crazy. Women are every bit as capable as men.

@stilkov I agree. But I can't see where you see that is implied. Try to focus more on improving the process to avoid harmful stereotypes.
