Hey, Twitter: What's a good static site generation system that takes Markdown and generates HTML *and* appends to a static RSS feed doc?

@ploeh @tedneward I switched from Octopress to Hugo a while ago. Not great, but very fast (3000 pages in ~5s) gohugo.io

@ploeh @tedneward Somewhat tedious. Nothing I’m keen to repeat voluntarily anytime soon.

@ploeh @tedneward That said, it probably strongly depends on your current templates. You’ll probably know after playing with it for an hour.
