@stilkov @owolf I'm too confused with continuous delivery vs. deployment terminology. The later is too technical to be a superset of former.

@sshishkin @owolf Surely @ewolff can provide a definitive answer, but to me continuous deployment means automatic deployment to production.

@ewolff @stilkov @owolf agree with logic, disagree with definitions in the book. I'd swap the definitions of terms delivery and deployment
