@timbray Nice. What’s the reasoning behind some of the RECOMMENDED parts, i.e. why are they not SHOULDs or MUSTs?

@stilkov I thought RECOMMENDED = SHOULD (same level of requirement), just different wording?

@stilkov The "I-JSON Message" spec is all MUST. The protocol design recommendations aren't.
