It's 2015 and we are still debating SOA thanks to the fact that no one apparently read ACM Queue in June 2006.

@mamund CORBA had kind of ok tooling, and the tooling wasn't the problem. tooling is nice but you need to know what you need/want tools for.

@dret i find NO tools for hypermedia-style (REST) that match the ease and simplicity of the tunneling-style (SOAP) and that's a problem.
