OSS culture is exclusionary, and contribution is privileged. As a result, diversity in OSS is significantly worse than tech as a whole.

@janl @klimpong I read things like “Hiring decisions are also made based on your contribs to OSS. That’s fucked.”. I think that’s wrong.
