OSS culture is exclusionary, and contribution is privileged. As a result, diversity in OSS is significantly worse than tech as a whole.

.@stilkov @janl +1. Maybe I expect others to do what we do: do OSS on company time. The notion that all of OSS is crap^W^hostile puzzles me.
