I have 0 doubts there are 10x programmers (or rather 1.0 compared to lots of 0.1 ones). In fact I’ve seen lots of negative productivity.

@stilkov …has access to the same support that can turn them into a 10x person. To date, that support is for very privileged groups only.

@janl Studies are easy to find. All that I saw so far were fundamentally flawed. Let me know if you consider one good, I’d be interested.
