I have 0 doubts there are 10x programmers (or rather 1.0 compared to lots of 0.1 ones). In fact I’ve seen lots of negative productivity.

@bartelia My guess is once you reach a reasonable baseline, the difference is more in the 2-3 range. But of course I have no scientific data

@stilkov Agree with the baseline comment. I am waiting for a better discussion around apprentice, journeyman, mastery in the industry.
