@morganhallgren I’m not sure. I think it’s kind of reasonable to view “mainly offline apps” as a different class, as I think @janl does

@stilkov @morganhallgren offline first is just taking progressive enhancement to the next logical step.

@janl @morganhallgren Not sure how that can be, as it won’t work in browsers that are too old. I can see how you’d do graceful degradation
