Google started dynamically inserting prefetch links, a.k.a “reactive prefetch” – very cool (post by @igrigorik plus.google.com/+IlyaGrigori…)

@stilkov @igrigorik only useful for sites w/ a bad css/js request behavior. all that happens is starting some css downloads slightly earlier
