@stilkov IMHO the main reason women don't get into computing = reason men don't get into hairdressing. It's cultural, not harrassement

@stilkov diverse groups might be more productive, but are they more productive than jelled teams diverse or not?

@stilkov And how does diversity influence team jelling? I saw great monocultural teams as well as diverse groups failing to become a team.
