IMHO the main reason women don't get into computing = reason men don't get into hairdressing. It's cultural, not harrassement

We probably all have different ways of keeping our girls away, but the end results WRT diversity are strikingly similar :)

what do you mean by role bound? a good deal women in tech in Norway too, but mostly in mgmt. Not doing actual tech

diverse groups might be more productive, but are they more productive than jelled teams diverse or not?

And how does diversity influence team jelling? I saw great monocultural teams as well as diverse groups failing to become a team.
