@ZombieCodeKill @stilkov doesn't matter. Google's main problem will be how to prove it wrong. OTOH victims face that2. Unprovable both ways.
@ZombieCodeKill @stilkov I'd say that's quite possible. Hard evidence would be 3rd party counters from that time showing consistent diffs.
