Yep, to minimize Music Player Popups, that should be accessible immediately to paus/play

i do, but i minimize with a double click in the window title bar (setup in system preferences under „Dock“)

I do. To keep window state when switching between projects. So I usually minimise Terminal and text editor windows.

I do it with Finder and IntelliJ IDEA projects to temporarily get rid of things out of my current work context.
