Arguing it’s wrong to prefer people who started programming in their teens is a perfectly reasonable POV. Arguing it’s sexist is not.

@stilkov we live in a society where the majority of these people are boys. Of course this argument is sexist.

@janl Then the logical conclusion would be that preferring someone with a degree, or even experience, or any acquired skill, is sexist too.
