I often read blog posts about women in technology that make me want to leave the industry. Total opposite of their goal.

@pandamonial I get mad everytime someone says we need more women because they’re different. We need to because they’re not. Same thing?

@stilkov I think it's all based on good intentions but If it's so hard for everyone, I should go. No need to accommodate for my "disability"

@pandamonial Obviously. Sometimes problems are blown out of proportion, doing more harm than helping. The Node thing is a great example.
