Of the ~60 people attending my talk yesterday, exactly 0 were women. Whatever one thinks the reason is, how can this not be totally wrong?

@stilkov We had a young woman working as assistant as "Hiwi". She finished the uni and continued as assistant full time. Why?

@stilkov Not that assistant wasn't an important or interesting job, but she could have chosen almost anything else.
