@stilkov from a UI perspective it's unnecessarily hard - by my count 5/12 of the fields could be auto-pop'ed from a report button on a tweet

@RobElliot266 Yes. In fact that should be quite easy to do with a bookmarklet. Wonder whether anyone has done that yet?
@stilkov twitter wants it to be a local police problem, the form's primary purpose is to tell you that.
