His choice of Hong Kong, though, is likely only puzzling to Americans. Seems a good place to be safe from US persecution.

@stilkov but they have an Extradition treaty, haven't they? So the choice is not clear for me. He's not accused yet, bit likely to come?

@dilgerma Technically, yes; I can't imagine the Chinese government ever agreeing for simple PR reasons (see scmp.com/news/hong-kong/arti…)
