You can tell whether something is RESTful or not by simply looking at the URI #notrest

@stilkov Why is it a strawman? Lots of stuff on the web isn't REST. REST can be very good but it has clear standards.

@stilkov I know that REST works, I've done it. My point was people who say 'I'm doing REST' just because its over HTTP is #notrest
