You can tell whether something is RESTful or not by simply looking at the URI #notrest

@stilkov Why is it a strawman? Lots of stuff on the web isn't REST. REST can be very good but it has clear standards.

@mosesjones I meant: The fact that lots of stuff on the Web isn't REST doesn't invalidate the argument that the Web proves it works
