Speakers on conferences telling that they need more woman is IMHO offending. Would be for me if they asked for more "Germans". #oredev

@myfear Maybe offensive is a bad word selection but it also doesn't feel right to me. I cannot see a positive effort of such talks.

@stilkov I think by explicitly marking a group as special you exclude them more.
