Personally, I can't imagine Apple not winning its case against Samsung

@stilkov want to bet? I estimate at maximum a minor fee, less then 100 millions. Winners get a beer?
2
@vogella But regardless of the verdict, surely you are not suggesting Samsung did not copy Apple. Right?

@stilkov I would phrase it differently, I don't think Apple hold the rights on certain design types. Good beer discussion material....
1
@vogella I think we'll easily agree that lots of things that are protected shouldn't be.

@stilkov +1. And I don't think they invented the design. They were the first once using it commercially successful. But let's wait and see.

@vogella Here's where I strongly disagree.

@stilkov over beer it would be great to learn why Apple users identify so strongly. Interesting trick, I would like to understand.
1
@vogella I don't identify, but am continuously puzzled some people are convinced the reason for Apple's success is their users' cluelessness
2
@stilkov I don't think that, is much more: Design, Focus and Status. But IMHO you qualify as Apple fan boy. I qualify as Google fan boy.

Replying to @vogella
@vogella And I object to being called a fanboy (except when joking); Apple does many evil things I strongly dislike

@stilkov I also dislike some Google stuff, still I'm a fan boy. But I retract my statement,:you just really really like Apple products. ;-)
