so, your argument against the JVM for high concurrency servers are startup times and bad history of XML files and IDE integration ??

Its high startup time is one of the few remaining arguments against the JVM, but it *is* an argument – for developers

but for running on a server, does it matter? Heck, startup time included, some programs runs faster in java than node.js

If your workflow relies on building and testing and running from the command line, it does matter even then.
