Reusability almost always adds unnecessary complexity, so is actively destructive to both maintainability and agility, IME. The characteristic you need is refactorability, not reusability.

Not sure I ever said those exact words, but I’ve railed against “reuse” mentality a lot. It might be a @boicy quote as he is great at coming up with stuff like this!
