Well I think there are two architectures: the actual architecture found in the system as is and the planned architecture. The planned architecture is a description of its intended design. I would say that both of them are properties of a system. Don’t they?

I would argue that the planned design isn’t a property of the system, at least not yet, as it’s not actually put into action :) But tweet-sized sound bites are always an oversimplification, of course
